Hezekiah collected the psalms and proverbs that David and Solomon either didn’t publish or were written after their deaths. Some are real jewels.
My favorite psalm is one of these: number 2. It seems like government is always trying to assert itself ahead of God. I have seen this everyday in the news for years. This isn’t new however, and psalm 2 is quoted in Acts 4 when the Sanhedrin is trying to shut down the early church. History may not repeat itself, but it often rhymes.
