Job's unusual animals

Two unusual animals are mentioned in Job.
In Job 3:8, Job mentions Leviathan and God talks a lot about it in chap 41.
In 39:15 God talks about Behemoth.
Neither of these animals sound familiar. I haven't seen anything that was an obvious match in the museum of natural history or any books. Yet these were familiar to Job, his friends, and the initial audience of the book only about than 4000 yrs ago.
That tells me the evolution and fossil record crowd doesn't have all the answers they think they do.
