How old was Moses

I can only picture Charleton Heston in these first chapters of Exodus, but there are very few words to make the first half of the movie. How old was Moses when he fled to Midian? Did he really grow up as a prince? What was his relationship like with Yul Brynner, I mean Pharoah? Any thoughts?

In Exodus 7:7 it says Moses was 80 when he confronted Pharaoh, but when did he leave Egypt? How old was his son that he had to load on a donkey to return to Egypt? The reason I'm interested is that may be part of the relationship dynamic between Moses and Pharaoh. I don't think its written anywhere and was probably so well know to Moses he didn't think to write it down, but I'm interested in your opinion.
